All data is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to the developer.

4. API Keys and External Services

Users may choose to connect the Extension to external AI services (such as OpenAI-compatible or custom model APIs) by providing their own API keys.

In such cases:

• API keys are stored locally on the user's device
• Requests are sent directly from the user's browser to the configured API endpoint
• The developer does not have access to API keys or request data

The user is responsible for their use of third-party AI services and their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Transmission

The Extension does not send data to any servers controlled by the developer.

Any data sent to external services is:

• Initiated by the user
• Sent directly to user-configured endpoints
• Not intercepted, stored, or processed by the developer

6. Permissions Usage

The Extension may request the following permissions:

• Storage: to save user data locally
• Host permissions: to connect to user-configured AI service endpoints

These permissions are used solely to provide core functionality and are not used for tracking or data collection.

7. Data Control

Users have full control over their data:

• Data remains on the user's device
• Users can delete data at any time by clearing browser storage
• Users can remove the Extension to delete all stored data
• Users may export their data (if supported by the Extension)

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that user data stored locally is protected. However, users are responsible for securing their own devices and API credentials.
